HPI, LLC Services The HPI Mechanical Group specializes in major turbine overhaul (MTO) and all levels of turbine and generator inspections. The Mechanical Group, with its seasoned Mechanical Technicians, has successfully completed dozens of projects, including steam turbine overhauls. By employing the latest borescope inspection technology our technicians can often detect signs of machine degradation before there is damage to rotating equipment, loss of production and/or unplanned outages. Based on inspection results, the Mechanical Group also provides repair of the equipment, including manufacturing, installation and maintenance of peripheral support systems beyond traditional turbo machinery. HPI also provides several additional services for power producers around the globe. HPI's commercial and site experience allows them to seamlessly integrate the various components of any power project (financing, engineering, design, procurement) under our Project Management team, regardless of whether the end user is a private, government or joint entity. Due to the fact that HPI remains agile and flexible, they can meet each project's longer life span and more sophisticated requirements by structuring their team specifically for that undertaking. HPI designs and builds 'turnkey' power plants, including the provision of operations and maintenance services after the sale. Projects are offered with a complete Engineer and Construct capability and the Management of all engineering disciplines and construction trades (EPCM). HPI specializes in a modular plant design that enables plants to be built rapidly, fulfilling fast track project obligations. HPI has executed complete power plant projects in as little as six months from contract signing to commissioning.
